- Order details you send us. When you build an order on our site and send it by text, WhatsApp, or email, you share your name, phone number and/or email, your order, your pickup time, and any notes such as allergies or dietary needs.
- Event sign-ups. If you sign up at a market or event, we may collect your name, email, phone, and your interest in catering.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number — Square handles that securely on their systems.
How we collect it
Our website does not run a server that stores your information. When you use the order form, it simply opens your own messaging or email app with your order pre-filled — you choose to send it to us. We then receive it the same way any text or email reaches us.

- To prepare and fulfill your order and arrange pickup or catering.
- To respond to your questions and confirm details.
- To send occasional updates about events, menu items, or offers — only if you've asked us to or opted in.

Our website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. We don't build profiles or track you across other sites.

How we protect it
Your information is kept in our business email, phone, and Square account, which are protected with strong passwords and additional security measures. We keep it only as long as needed to serve you and meet our records obligations.

- To stop receiving messages from us, reply "STOP" to a text or "unsubscribe" to an email, or just let us know.
- To ask what information we have about you, or to request that we delete it, email us at the address below.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
